Thanks for the great note - well I never.
I thought the down slope was just a taxi way until I realised it was the main runway :( You people are crazy!!! Nice colours in the shot - love the strong blue roofs. I like Ian's (ifege)description of the mountain and cloud :)

Dramatic photo! The lighting is perfect with the sun setting lights hitting the mountain. The clouds seem to separate this light from the dark diagonal foreground slope. The effect is simple but dramatic. tfs, marlene

The sunbeams are very nice in back of those trees. I like the colors of the green leafs staying on the trees and the magnificent red with silver reflection sparkles on the ground. Pleasure to see again and again.

G'day Wallsy!
So you do know how to use this lens, eh? I was beginning to think you might need some help!! I'd say Charm did you a REAL favour by getting this for your Xmas present - leave it on the D90 more often, please!
Composition & sharpness are spot on, and you've captured a typical Aussie sky, beautifully reflected. I may do a workshop on this one, just to perhaps get some discussions happening on a different rendering - watch this space!
