Perfect shot for black and white here, increasing the effect of the shadows and darkness, as people wait alone for their next train.

Ah this is awesome, the type of photography that TE needs much much more of. The colour, blur, foreign text all work for me.

Nice gritty shot Evren, the look on the childs face, with the man looking out to sea are linked well with your global warming message...meanwhile they continue to work.

Nice shot Jan, the vast amount of blackness really does enforce that feeling of being down in a mine. Youve succeeded in conveying the atmosphere to us.

Just dont like the square format personally, but thats a minor thing.

Effective use of focus here Hakan, concentrating only on the finer points of fishing such as the dirt on his fingers, but making huge statement. Well done.

Great shot Ersoy, almost a perfect outline of a little girl in her skirt..and the ground provides a good rippled effect on the shadow.

Very unique look Volkan, such great colour from the orange of the shirt and the blue of the deck, and a great effect of the water appearing like they are cruising through some kind of gas like youd find on a different planet.

Beautiful colours Pawel, just love that silky smooth appearance to the sky as the white goes to that lovely dark blue. The orange of the boat blends with with the greens of the island and ocean as well.

I dont normally dig flower photos but this is a pretty original and cool image, plenty of life through the whiteness of the flowers and the rainbow pattern behind.

Only thing that slightly bothers me is the out of focus flower in the foreground, apart from that its flawless.

Nice bright and happy photo Tom, the white teeth and laughter just brightens up the whole scene around her. Great black and white processing as well.
