Default Background selection (Ramblas I, II)

First you have to select all the background around the main image, or principal objective.

Use Magic Wand for this.
You can select the main image and then make an inverse selection,
that's possible with Corel.

Or you can select with time and skill all the background,
you will need Zoom for that.
Becouse you need to be very precise with the edges.

All the work is select the background, then you can play a bit, till you get your desired effect.

1- Selected the background using PS Elements, usig circle and square selections for big areas, Zoom for details, and magic wand to go faster.

2- Once having the background I went to change saturation,
there is an option to make monochrome colors, sepia is one choice there.
I had 3 options, B&W, Sepia and color.
I choose Sepia for Ramblas II, and B&W for Ramblas I.
*(I choose sepia in Ramblas II thinking in the colors of his dress,
you see the original dark blue, and a sepia)

3- I darkened a bit the sepia background in Ramblas II for giving more contrast and enhancing the view of the main motionless running man, giving a sensation of life, and a bit 3D if you look with perspective.

4- Black border.

Ramblas I
Ramblas II

I had a dream to post this Ramblas II last night!
In the dream there was a Indian sadhu with a statue,
that had a magic power to stop motion of people for some seconds.
I remembered the dream, and decided to post that one!!!
