BBQ time !! A young goat is sacrified for this Minth Tea like of cental Africa; No way not to offer a goat as you come to visit the Pounou's area. A bit hard image but so releavant of local abbits.
Regarding the way they stare ta me and not the goat, I've got the feeling to be the one that could have been roasted...

Hi Frank,
An interesting and typicaly African shot of this sort of ritual. I like each of their different reactions and expresions to you and the way they are coming in from the side of the frame. Hope you don't mind if I add it to my group shots theme.

Salut Frank ! Je ne suis pas aussi sûr si je me sens très, hapy, ou drôle au sujet de la façon dont ils sont posés, particulièrement le type se penchant directement à la chèvre. Très magnétique est-elle la poignée ferme de ces deux sur les jambes de la chèvre signifiant qu'elle est encore vivante ? quand vous avez pris ce projectile ou peut-être pas. Et ce type avec le couteau brillant sur le premier plan et ses regards fiers, doit être un privilège dans ce rituel. En conclusion, un projectile très très intéressant, un des plus intéressante dans TE, parlant culturelement. Best regards,… Alex

Bonjour Frank,
L'avantage avec TE c'est de pouvoir voyager de chez soi. Ce matin, je suis allé au Congo et j'ai découvert cette image. Je la trouve très bien réalisée, elle me plaît beaucoup.
En ce qui concerne le pauvre cabri, j'espère que tu l'as goûté car, grillé au BBQ et accompagné d'oignons crus, c'est excellent!
