View through Airplane Window-14

Kuala Lumpur – Bukit Jalil

When I remember back these many flights I’ve taken in the past, there is nothing else than the spectacular views of the world below the airplane that remain in my memory; views which we are not able to see from the ground.

Enjoy the view of the world outside the airplane window as I've seen and captured it with my camera.

I’ve taken this photo during flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok (on board of Thai Airways B 777-200 airplane) from an altitude of around 7,000m a.s.l.

You can see the Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil area. Bukit Jalil is a suburb of Kuala Lumpur, bounded by the National Sports Complex on the east, the Shah Alam Expressway on the north, city boundaries to the west, and the Puchong-Sungai Besi Highway as well as city boundaries to the south. It was known as the Bukit Jalil Estate until 1992, when it was developed into the National Sports Complex for the 1998 Commonwealth Games. It was used as a filming location for the 1999 movie Entrapment.
