...I suppose this, as it's a back side of Ivan the Great cathedral in Moscow Kremlin. Residence of president is across the square, so that's it.

Hey Mr.Owl,

Taking it from its rear, makes a different view of the elevation that we normaly see. Mr. Putin must have been 'clanged' by those huge bells even from the back part of a church steeple.

Like the fine details here, well taken.
It come to my thoughts, the spare Bell on the ground level, just in case the one in use gets a crack. good thinking.
