| There are so many local festivals during summer season in Palakkad, Kerala. KUMMATTY is one of them. On that day thousands of people gather around this place to the 'darsn' of the temple and the idol there. In connection with this festival, many types of art forms take place. This particular dance is known as 'Kumbakali' i.e.play with pots. |
