| First morning at sea heading south-east from Miami toward our first stop in Samana, Dominican Rep. on a 9 day cruise to the Southern Caribbean. The closest land would probably have been Eleuthera Island in the Bahamas to the south-west of our position. This golden sun and balmy ocean air were really melting my frost-bitten Montreal soul. Our first time in the open ocean, and we took to it like fish to water. |
