| There was a guided one day trip to Saranda in Albania, which is only 2 nautical miles away from the Greek island of Corfu, where I spent a week earlier this year. The trip was an eye opener in a positive way. Saranda turned out to be a very pleasant place. Like Corfu it enjoys average 300 sunny days a year and no wonder it is a very popular holiday destination first of all for the Albanians themselves. |
