800 photos with 3 friends

My kind cameras deserve a portrait on the occasion of the eight hundredth photo, here just after the assembly visible, before deployment. The photo was taken with my first digital machine (Canon Ixus 50 - she is the third friend, fragile and small stature). I found this only photo my kind friends in my collection, this is really big shame, but they are in beautiful environment at least... :-)

Thank you for the kind criticisms, thank you for the useful remarks, thank you for the beautiful landscapes, which I may have discovered with the help of your photos.

A little information from the landscape:
The Bielerhöhe Adventure begins at the Vermuntbahn in Partenen. From there it continues from Trominier in small buses through tunnels and the lofty mountain landscape of the Silvretta up to the Bielerhöhe at 2032 m. There, visitors are treated to incredible views of the gigantic mountain world including Piz Buin, at 3312 metres the highest mountain in Vorarlberg. Lake Silvretta lies at the heart of this breathtaking panorama. After the end of january it is covered with a thick layer of snow and ice that entices the visitor to go cross-country skiing on superbly prepared courses. In addition, the Bielerhöhe is an ideal starting point for a wonderful number of tours through the Silvretta region, the largest touring area in the province.

thanks to your third friend to produce this beautiful shot. Thanks and congrats to you for your 800 th and all previous posts. It is a nice one, finely managed light, great depth and of coarse the superb mountain view with immense snow ( and your other two friends ). Very good idea to composed this shot in such way.

800 posts, an incredible effort.
I took the time to go back through your gallery, out of the 800 I couldn't find one shot I didn't like, even your first post showed a creative flair that you've maintained right throughout your time on TE.
A splendid effort from you and your three companions.
I like your 800th image, to me the visual metaphor of the mountain typifies the amount of effort one has to put in to climb to such heights.
Congratulations George, a hard climb it must have been, but the view from the top is marvelous.

A very original photograph to celebrate your 800th publication on TE, but it is your pocket camera which will be jealous not to be on the photograph… you should have put it to us in WS !!! (I joke). Camera which makes pretty photographs, this mountainous landscape is superb and emphasizes well your super equipment. Well done George and congratulations for your work and your assiduity on TE.

Congratulations on your 800th post. Your gallery is great and this is no exception. Your composition is great here with the additions of the cameras in the foreground providing depth and a nice point of interest for the shot. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has nice sharpness.
