bellissimo scatto supportato da un' ottima inquadratura ricca di particolari.
La nave sulla destra, i ciclisti con sullo sfondo le guglie della cattedrale sono davvero ottimi soggetti.

Hello Stephen,

I was so please to see one of your shots on the same page as mine this morning.

This is a little different from what you normally post. I like the combination of three in the f/g and the fact that they are looking directly at the camera. They cut out the busy b/g quite effectively and allow attention to be drawn to the large, smoking ferry as the b/g focal point.

Unusually for you, it is a little soft. I popped it in PS and a little tweek with 'unsharp mask' made all the difference!

Tu ne manques de faire remarquer que Bordeaux est une ville où les déplacements en bicyclette sont très développés. J'aime cette image très naturelle, très vivante, dynamique et sportive. Félicitations. Superbe réalisation.

Hi Stephen.
A marvellous shot, sharply capturing the various people exercising against the background of the trees, churches and white cruiser. The only time I have spent in Bordeaux was a few hours waiting for a late train due to a cancellation on the way to Sarlat. We walked along this promenade and had lunch before heading back to the crowded station. Perhaps they'd just about finished the roadworks outside the station when you were there. Anyway, this is a good one, with very nice colours and good depth and perspective.

I was not aware Bordeaux get such important passenger traffic, it gets an Helsinki something with that view, tight but very good framing and a good combination with the leisure activities

The busy joggers and cyclist don't seem a bit inpressed with the giant ocean linner as it must be a common sight it this beautiful harbor city.
The light is brilliant bring great clarity and details to this wonderfully busy image.

This is a very lively scene with the runners and bikers making their way along this boulevard. The ship looks great towering above the buildings and is nicely balanced by the trees. Your composition is fine using the boulevard to lead the eye through the shot. The lighting and colors are fine with excellent sharpness and detail.
