Passau is a town in Niederbayern, Germany, known also as the City of Three Rivers, because located at the confluence of three rivers: the Danube River, the Inn River, and the Ilz River.
Its population is about 50,000, of whom about 8,000 are students at the local University of Passau.
On the photo you can see the Danube River, the St. Stephen's Cathedral with the two twin towers and the St.Paul's Church.
The St.Stephen's Cathedral is famous for its organ with 17,774 pipes which is the largest church pipe organ in Europe and the second in size in the world only to the organ of the First Congregational Church in Los Angeles.

It seems a lovely town, with good examples of historic architecture, from which you can see here a beautiful set. Excellent POV from a distance, with some of the city scenery beeing reflected on the Danube river. It's a marvellous postcard and a very attracted image.

Bellissimo posto Attila, incuriosito dalla tua foto mi sono andato a documentare meglio e trovo che come cittá deve essere molto bella e affascinante, grazie dello stimolo.
La foto è bella e tecnicamente ottima, belle luci, colori e composizione, il panorama che passa dalla vegetazione alle case è completo e da bene l'idea di cosa si puó trovare andando a visitare la cittá, complimenti.

good shot. Nice clasissic composition, good colours. In my opinion you could use a polar filter for better effect of sky. In spite of all well done.

Gyönyörű fényeket vártál meg a képhez, teljesen áthangolják az épületeket és a távlatot: gyönyörű! A kompozíció szépen vezeti a szemet a folyókanyarban álló hídig és az épületekhez! Nagyon jól elkapott pillanat, élnek a színek, szép tiszta és karcos a kép, kitűnő! Továbbra is szép képeket!

I like the colours of this picture - I think - in the deep evening sun. The river leads the eyes very well into the scenery. It's a rather unusual point of view of this "most Italian" Germany city. A really beautiful picture!

Nice light falling onto this scene. I think that your image is well composed with the tree on the left and the river bank leading our eye which is immmediately drawn to the town. I've never been to Passau, but it sure looks like a nice place from your shot.

Van Neked egy külön tetőcserépszínező programod? Az a gyanúm hogy igen - már nem a első ilyen színezésű, gyönyörű kép tőled.
Mellesleg ez a kép az első érv amellett hogy Németországba is érdemes fényképezőgépet vinni. :)

It is a very pleasant picture. I like the colours of the buildings in the curve of the river. I have had the opportunity to fly over Passau, and what struck me is the difference of colour of the rivers Danube and Inn, when they merge together, and you could see the different colours remaining unmixed for a while.

Gyonyoru ez a passau-i felvetel, kulonosen tetszik, hogy a tema fo mondaivaloja: a templomok sokszinusegukkel kiemelednek. Szep, tiszta felvetel.
Jol vagyok, egyenlore aklimatizalodom, de a hoseg szinte elviselhetetlen. Remelem, mihamarabb sikerul majd elhelyezkednem.
Nagyon kellemes estet kivanok!!

The composition is excellent with the bend of the river bounding the town on the right. The spires of the churches are beautiful & so are the facades of the buildings. I think I can see the difference in colours of the waters of the two rivers which merge towards the left of the frame. Passau looks like a beautiful place & your shot brings out the beauty so very well in nice soft light.

Beautiful view of Passau with river passing. I like the very interesting details we can appreciate on it, with different kinds of architecture, with boats stopped at riverside, the reflections of the buildings on water... I like also the vegetation on foreground framing one side of your image.

Nagyon szép látvány! (Emlékeim szerint erről a városról nehéz is rosz felvételt készíteni.) Szép ez a meleg fényű megvilágítás, és nagy erénye a képnek, hogy ekkora hangsúlyt kap a víz - végtére is a folyók városáról van szó!
A jegyzethez még annyit, hogy itt nyugszanak első királynénk, Gizella hamvai - ámbár ez rajtunk kívül aligha érdekel bárkit.

This is a great shot of Passau. The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail. The river leads the eye through the photo nicely giving the shot a nice sense of direction.
