Photographer's Note

My last posting was the entrance of Palazzo Pianetti-Tesei in Jesi. This is an inside view of this palace in fine Rokoko style which was not very common in Italy.

It was build after German-Bavarian examples around 1730 by Cardolo Maria Pianetti, architect of Charles VI of Naples. It has rich stucco decorations in this gallery and a cycle of frescos describing Aeneas'life by Placido Lazzarini in adjacent rooms.
