It was very difficult to find any place that was not teeming with tourists (myself included). Whie I was taking this shot there were 5 other people on the bridge taking similar shots.

I was most intersted in the reflection of the sky.

The sky was not interesting so I have kept it to a minimum but it did create a nice detail on the water, fingering its way round the corner of the canal.

when I ws in Italy I used to live 30/40 mins from Venice..one of the most beautiful city in the world I think. You did a good job here, really nice the reflection on the water and..no tourists around!!!! :o)

Excellent POV John, the reflection on the water is 'silky smooth', a really lovely texture.
