Following on from my last photograph from Bryggen, the old trading centre for Bergen's port, if you take yourself behind the iconic frontage of the colourful wooden buildings, you enter a veritable labyrinth of narrow alleyways with scattered old wooden buildings which once served as traders' offices, storage facilities and general warehouses.

Here, passing away from the waterfront a short distance along an alley called Bellgården, we came across this delightful building which, like many here, I suspect now caters for the tourist trade rather than the original commerce involving the export of stockfish and the trading of general goods.

ISO 250, 1/320 sec at f/4.5, focal length 28mm.
