Photographer's Note

The Caminito del Rey is a 7 km linear path that almost impossible to traverse the natural landscape of the Gaitanes Gorge. This trail was built in the beginning of the 20th century, between 1903 and 1905, which served as access to workers during the construction of the dam El Chorro - Over the years, was being abandoned, degradation and dangerousness take over, in the 90's the eyes of more adventurous travelers, showed it to the world, and began to be targeted by explorers bold and fearless until some of them died in accidents, was then considered the most dangerous trekking in the world - In 2001, it was closed and thus remained almost 15 years, in 2015, it was reopened to the public, totally remodeled and with safety conditions. The reopening was so awaited that Lonely Planet included it in one of the most incredible places in the world to meet in this year's - The course begins in Ardales and ends in El Chorro video site at-
