Hi Leonor,
It's an interesting photo, which reflects the harsh, volcanic landscape, and although you call it a desert, it's a very different desert to what I am familiar with here in Dubai. I like the contrast between the dark landscape, and the sunlit camels. Good that you've left a bit of open space on the side that the man is walking into.Well done.

Sabias que a Austráliaé um dos poucos, senão o único, local do mundo aone ainda existem camelos puro sangue? Mesmo os príncipes arabes vêm cá comprar puro sangue. É incrível mas é verdade.
Gosto muito desta composição e do grande contraste de cor entre os camelos e o terreno negro devido ao vulcão. Está muito gira.

Hi Leonor,
You were in the perfect spot to catch these camels, nicely angled in the frame. What looks more incongruous than the tourists riding is the well dressed man, who is dressed more like someone about to get into his car and drive downtown than to guide these creatures through this kind of landscape. Good clarity and overall lighting. Cheers.

It must be a great experience to ride a camal. You captured these camels, the people and the guide very well with a nice volcanic background, of which I like the textures. The light is fine too. Well done and thanks for sharing!

A fotografia está muito boa, com bastante noção de dinamismo. Até a postura do senhor calvo, como que dando proteção a sua coluna, me fez sentir mimhas hérnias discais L3-L4 e L4-L5.

Olá Leonor,
bien captado el ambiente de esta visita turística, a lomos del dromedario y con el paseo por este fantástico paisaje volcánico.
Has trabajado muy bien la exposición y eso se nota en el buen resultado de luz y de colores, con una buena calidad de imagen. La ISO 400 te ha funcionado muy bien y no da nada de ruido.

Passeio radical! Os turistas estão apreciando...eu já andei de dromedário em Natal-RN e não é tão facil assim. Foto com ótimas cores e uma nitidez impressionante! Boa definição e composição.

The lanscape seems to be really desertic, with all these volcanic ashes, but the vehicule is surely original and looks nearly confortable with these side chairs.

interessante foto , molto bella la vista di questo panorama che io non chiamerei deserto , perche' con il tempo diventa fertile e rigoglioso , mentre il deserto quello di sabbia rimane tale .

Passeio de camelo, que legal, dizem que é muito enjoativo os movimentos deles, la no Rio Grande do Norte tinham uns pra passeio, mas custavam uma fortuna!

the riding of a camel is much different from Egypt or Morroco than the Canarias islands.In the riding of the camels in these countries the people siting on the back of the camel and not in these baskets by two,like Zelanda's photo.As i see they have in this photo the same way that the riding camels.Excellent the colors and the light.Well done.

I am most attracted by the lighting in this shot. The highlight against the grey background is very appealing especially with the good clarity and sharpness. The numbers 2 and 3 that you see in this composition make a beautiful combination. Great shot!!

It's not the most comfortable mode of transport but certainly an experience. The black background is perfect for highlighting the camels and their riders.

Hello Leonor,

You have used the best time of the day to shoot this image, the camel keeper leading the tourists off for a jaunt. I am surprised by sight of these desert desert ships in the Canary Islands, but as you've pointed out the drynes and desolate appearancce of the place, That dry atmosphere of course, makes the colors so brilliant and the resolution so crisp.

Cuando vi tu foto a primera vista pense que la habias tomado camino a las piramides en Egipto, interesante saber que en Canarias hay camellos. Tu foto esta muy bien captada, tiene una excelente iluminacion que realzan los colores y detalles. Muy buena definicion.
