Photographer’s Note
Well, my last post was about the most important gothic cathedral of Spain (sorry, Toni, it's not in Santiago, it's in Burgos).
well, today I do the same but with the most important (and unique) gothic church of all Cocoland.
First of all: tripod and 16 photos stitched.
I have a similar one but much more panoramic than this one.
This church was built in the 12th and century and has been reformed a few times (these changes are very visibles). At the beginning was able to see some romanesque influences, but now is manly gothic with a few "forangeirs" points (the tower and the two doors of the church, as also the Barroque statues of the church).
It's a small place but also very beautiful. And, if you visit others villages around Cocoland, you will see some similar churches... I mean, they are different, but they were built by the same people: then the way they do is almost the same (Covarrubias or Castrozeniza are very good exemples).
Also, it's possible see some details of the influence of an monastery: San Pedro de Arlanza.
I hope you like it.

Let's talk. Your photo talks to me a lot.
Smart wide angled presentation.

Hola Carlos!
Tremenda foto, hermano, muy impresionante interior, una atmosfera preciosa! perfecto encuadre equilibrado, composicion bien "estudiada", mucho "grafismo" en esta toma, una sensacion tridimensional, buen manejo de la luz! Felicidades!
Un saludo,
Hercules
PD. Alguna novedad?

That's what the wide angle was made for - to show interiors like this one. This photo required a lot of work from you, 16 photos stitched neatly... However, the final effect is bit spoiled by overexposed parts on the wall and window. How about taking some more pictures to cover overexposed parts with darker exposures? You could try HDR technique, too (bracketing).

Hola Carlos,
Gemma

To stitch 16 images involving such ornate architecture can't have been easy. It looks a beautiful cathedral, especially the vaulting and arches on the ceiling. Well done

Hello Carlos
The usage of wide focus lens causes good effect not only for the panfocus but also exposure. Lack of expsure for the both edge is good result on the contrary, Great photo !

Superb work you did here, Carlos. The stitching seems perfect to me and the resulting wide view is wonderful. There's nothing better than gothic, right? Not even romanesque... ;-)

Hola Carlos,
16 fotogramas?! Veo que Didi tiene competencia, aunque que él sea más exteriores. El resultado es fabuloso, la "perspectiva curva" del panorama va muy bien con esos arcos góticos y la luz es absolutamente mágica.
Saludos, José.

Namaste Carlos, you have captured an elegant cathedral in a manner that symmetry is highlighted mostly. Ideal POV. Excellent detailing of this architecture. Great light management. Beautiful work. TFS. Have a nice day.
