Photographer’s Note

San Andrés de Teixido (Santo André de Teixido en gallego y oficialmente) es una aldea ubicada en la parroquia de Régoa, al este del municipio de Cedeira, en la Sierra de A Capelada, cerca de los alcantilados sobre el mar. Según el INE en 2007 tenía 49 habitantes (29 hombres y 20 mujeres).

En este lugar se encuentra el santuario del mismo nombre, famoso lugar de peregrinación.

Además de la capilla de San Andrés, resultan también interesantes la Fonte do Santo y el mirador natural de Vixía de Herbeira, por encima de los acantilados que, con 620 metros de altura, tienen una de las mayores cotas sobre el mar de toda Europa, junto a los de Hornelen, Cabo Enniberg, Croaghaun, Preikestolen, Slieve League y Cabo Girão.

Here is the sanctuary of the same name, famous place of pilgrimage.

A fine coastal landscape!
Det er interessant å se denne gården helt på kanten av stupet, og med vegetasjon hel næe kysten...
Spesielt legger jeg merke til de gode fargene, ett attraktivt postkort!

Bonjour Charo,
un POV extraordinaire, très élevé qui nous presque survoler cette baie. Un interessant et coloré patchworg agricole sur le bas, ces vaguelles allant dans tous les ens, ces arêtes montagneuses et rochauses au premier plan, tant de choses aui attirent le regard.

J'apprécie cette recherche de point de vue, magnifique. Le cadrage équilibre parfaitement les éléments. La lumière et les couleurs sont naturelles. J'aime les deux ws, je préfère l'église et son petit cimetière. Bon travail, félicitations.

Olá Charo,

Lindo panorama! A vista aqui é esplêndida, o local, apesar de habitado e cultivado, tem uma beleza selvagem, indomada. No próximo ano pretendo fazer um cruzeiro, que deverá passar somente algumas horas por La Coruña e Vigo. As cores estão muito boas, uma luz maravilhosa e a nitidez excelente. Vai para as minhas favoritas.

Voilà un endroit dont j'avais cherché des images car ce secteur de la côte galicienne me semblait interessant . Et bien celle ci est vraiment superbe et donne envie d'y aller . Le village parait minuscule , dans ce grandiose payasage , sauvage et préservé .

Bonjour Charo,

J'aime beaucoup le point de vue et la longue perspective jusqu'à l'horizon avec cette belle lumière et la légère brume de chaleur qui atténue le contraste dans le lointain et donne de la profondeur à l'image.
Très bonne composition avec le rocher au premier plan.
