Well, this photo is for me the first step of this lens in TE.

That day I came from Athens. And, after the flight, I went to the Barceloneta and I shot the sunrise. Later I did not sleep (I was all the night working but I didn't sleep) and I came back to the airport (I spent my three off days in Cocoland).
It was a tired but very nice day.
As nice as this moment.

For the first use of your new lens, it's a success...

You've captured here a magical moment. Lucky you to admire such a sight...
The dark silhouette just beside the sunset makes THE difference.
Perfect timing to catch the sun at the right moment before it disappears, and striking light management : not so easy !
Colours are fabulous, and the atmosphere is quiet and silent...

The small person and the sun just above the wharf makes the difference between an ordinary sunset and your picture. Of course, you get gorgeous colours. We feel (and maybe the person too) that is is really quiet, a good holiday souvenir.

Vou escrever em português para me expressar melhor. Linda composição. O homem solitário ali no molhe, parece estar ao lado do enorme sol que surge naquele momento, pintando o céu e o mar em suaves tons avermelhados. É um espetáculo maravilhoso, que você teve o privilégio de ver e registrar.

No need to wait any longer; the sun has risen!;D The tiny person standing on the jetty makes all the difference, between a good sunrise image and a so-so one. Excellent use of your new zoom making the sun appear larger. Well done

Esta foto y en Barcelona solo puede ser por
la mañana, lo que ya no tengo tan claro es
que la hora de tu cámara esté bien,
las 5:55? muy temprano para la altura del sol.

En cualquier caso es un fotón, de luz,
color y buen gusto, me encantan los tonos
suaves y el sol tan inofensivo todavía a esas horas.

Tu foto me da ganas de volver a la Barceloneta (en navidades :-)) Me encanta el sol asi y el color rosa del mar y el cielo. La silueta de la persona esta. genial. El horizante no parece 100% recta.

Hi, Carlos. I like how the central part of the image is framed by red. The jetty makes a nice line in the image and the man is perfectly placed next to the sun rising just above the wharf.

Hola Coco,
Me gustan tus tres fotos. Ésta es la más espectacular y la siluetea que casi va a tocar la bola de fuego es maravillosamente colocado. Las tres bandas horizontales de color estructuran perfectamente el espacio.
Me gustaría mucho volver de Atenas para ir a Barcelona y luego a Cocoland (¡ qué va a ser fantástico con Otoño qué llega!) !

Es que primero me había quedado sin palabras al ver esta foto!!!

Bueno, cuando me he recuperado he empezado a pensar que para que pongo yo las mías...Esto si que es nivel, y digno de ser presentado!!! pues eso...sin plabaras!!!

Y luego me puse a ver los WS!! Ja, Já...buen sitio el del socorrista para pasar una borrachera!! si te encuentras muy mal sólo has de esperar y seguro que vienen a socorrerte!!! Ahora que la caída puede ser...

Hola Carlos,
la silueta humana i el disc solar al costat tenen una gran força gràfica, en una escena molt especial de la sortida del sol.
L'espigó separa cel i mar amb bon contrast entre els colors de les dues parts, tots ells preciosos.
M'agrada el WS en color, l'escena és simpàtica i invita a espatarrar-se i no fotre brot.

La del tío con resaca está de pm . Me gusta mucho esa foto y parece que sí hay verdaderos motivos para levantarse pronto y salir por ahí de vez en cuando porque ciertos momentos mágicos madrugan por norma y por ley universal
