Photographer’s Note

Yes, this is my 700th post in TE.

This is week is "La mercè", we celebrate the party of Barcelona.
And two days ago I was in the Barceloneta, where there was this wonderful fireworks.

A lot of people enjoy these days (yesterday there was a big "correfoc" with thousand of people in the street) and today there will be another big firework, this time in the "magical fountain".

If you can, enjoy these days and come here to see it.
And, also, if you can: enjoy your holidays*!!!

I hope you like it and also thanks for your answers in these 700th photos

*: yesterday I began my holidays and tomorrow I will go to Paris and the next days I want to go to Greece... then, I will be out for a days

Ah so the people of Barcelona celebrate 700 photos on TE too! ;D. You know I don't normally like tilt, but I like this one; it works very well with the triangle at the bottom and the huge firework balancing the opposite corner.
Congratulations! I posted my 700th not long ago and forgot all about it!

Hello Carlos. Congratulations on your 700th posting on this web site...a landmark I too recently reached. Very interesting composition with the tilted aspect. It does make the fireworks fit into the frame much better. Very nice work and thanks for sharing....good work...

És l'últim graó d'una feina constant i molt important aquí, que has compartit amb generositat, i que espero que continuï.

Hi, Carlos. I like the triangle you've created with the tilt showing the people sitting on the beach enjoying the fireworks. Of course the star in the picture is the firework itself standing out against the fumes and making a nice line in the sky.

Felicidades por tus 700 miradas al mundo compartidas.Me gusta en esta foto el contraste entre el dorado de la playa y el azul oscuro del cielo,como un paseo por un termómetro..Muy enfocada,perfectamente nitidos los hilos de luz de los fuegos,me recuerdan a un átomo con sus electrones en fuga..Y la inclinación que deja colocada la trayectoria de los fuegos en diagonal funciona muy bien.Enhorabuena por la foto y las fotos.

Fireworks are great to experience, but the pictures are usually disappointing. But not this brilliant picture. You can not only admire the spectacle but you also see the audience, in fact all of the area is bathed in strong light. Here again a 45° tilt works really well and everything fits just right inside the frames. Tripod & long exposure are a must for this kind of pics..

muy interesantre esta composicion, las personas muy bien posicionadas , mirando los fuegos. muy bueno su senso de oportunidad para capturar esta cena nel exacto momento. su curioso marco con la foto inclinada es interesante y con algo de ousadia.
