Me puedo imaginar que hay muchas ciudades en las que podemos encontrar edificios de este tipo diseñados para las clases obreras, así que no hay nada de especial en esta foto para muchos de nosotros.

Este edificio es uno de los cientos de ellos que se construyeron en los 60 y 70 para dar un hogar a los inmigrantes procedentes del mundo rural que emigraron a las ciudades, y que fueron durante décadas las viviendas de una gran clase media, pero hoy en día vuelve a dar servicio a los nuevos inmigrantes, esta vez a los que vienen de fuera a buscar una mejor calidad de vida a un país del oeste europeo.

Como la economía y sus crisis, los ciclos se repiten.

I can imagine that there is many cities in the world with this stile of big residential building for its working class people, so it is common to many of us and nothing special when see it.

The building in the picture is just one of hundreds built in the 60’s and 70’s in Madrid to give a space to life to the immigrants from the rural areas of Spain that came to the city looking for a better life. As a middles class homes for decades, this buildings are one more time the residence of the immigrants, but this time for those that leave its counties to try to improve his way of life in a western european country.

So like the economy and its crisis, thing are always the same after years and years.
