The light is well captured for this 2am shot although I would very much like to see the equipment and photo info in your post.
The diagonal composition of the arches lit with golden glow of light is a good capture from this angle. I am not sure about the dark sky patches on my monitor - are they dust spots?
I understand what you mean by 2am shooting, but perhaps with a tripod and blue hour sky will be much attractive. tfs
