Dear Javid,
in most western countries, the very notion of «martyr» is difficult to understand and I guess most of us have a negative attitude to the concept. Because we tend to differentiate military actions from religion, «hero» is a more commonly accept idea.
Best wishes,
Beijo

Hello Javid,
It is a sorrowful time on the Earth now as mankind has determined that their own beliefs are the only concern that is detrimental to the peoples of the Earth. I have seen the graves spread throughout Europe from both World War I and II and have seen many men not return from Vietnam. These same flags of different colors I have seen here in the Portland area from the deaths on 911 that had perished, as they were peoples and brothers and sisters OF this Earth. It is a time of strife and persecution to all whom do not conform to another's religion and commercialism. Before the end we may be fortunate enough to visualize the fields that have been stained previously with our brothers, and upon that day mankind may find peace awaiting them. I believe that we must not persecute the sects of religions of this Earth, but command the gift and issuance of good will towards humanity that we were bore upon the day of our entering this great gift we call Earth. It is our gift, not just theirs and yours and mine, it is the gift of creation, and we were all created upon Earth.
Sorry,
I like the thought you have, and the woman and flags as they allow the grief of our errors to touch our hearts and awake us all to what we have allowed...

Dear Javid,
a very emotional and beautiful photo with excellent perspective. War is horrible. I hope everyone would have the same wish as you.
The best to you,

Hi,
I love this shot :) Nice perspective, great colors, I just sank in that sea of flags ;)
I want to add some information here :
1st, God bless all those ones who stood infront of Saddam Hussein (NOT IRAQ), not to let him capture even one milimeter square of our country and make his dictatorship more stronger, with accessing to Khuzestan great province.
I think even world should thank these heros to die in such a great way ( weakening one of the most hateful dictatorship of the last century ) ... They are true heros ...
2nd, I really liked your wish about the peace all around the world :) Lets pray for that :)
Keep posting man cause we love your jobs :)
Shahab.

slightly leaving too much power to the whiteness of the sky, but a very meaningful photograph, Javid, and altogether powerful and succesful thanks to your choice of angle.
