The ship Expo J. Ryerson is leaving the Lock 3 of Welland Canal.
The Welland Canal is the 50km long water path between lake Erie and Lake Ontario. It starts at Post Colborne and ends at St.Catherines.
There is nearby centre for the canal education as well as Welland Canal Museum. The area is well presented including elevated (maybe 6 m) observation platform, souvenir shop and coffee shop.
