This is my tribute to this fantastic country and its fabulous, most important city. Also very special for me, because was the first stop of my honeymoon travel, spent in that area of the world. Apart the very large white limousine, which picked us at the airport, we had also this amazing panoramic view of the harbour from our room, during our stay in a luxurious hotel. Because of it is a well-known place, there is not too much to say or better, there are a lot of infos about it on internet. Here is the link to "Wikipedia".

Ah, so you were in Australia all those years ago, Attila, and on your honeymoon. I like this one very much, a little different from the usual view of the famous opera house. I have seen this scene from a high window in a building very near to this position. The colours and sharpness are really good, and I notice the wonderful reflection of the white sails in the water. Excellent scanning job.

Zdravo Attila. One of the best shots I have seen of Sydney. A happy photo taken by a happy man on his honeymoon. Lovely details, light and composition. rather than focusing on The House, you show how nicely it fits in the bay. Also the bridge is a good balance. regards. Klaudio.

Fantastic View! Your composition is great balancing the opera house with the bridge. There are so many points of interest in this shot that it takes a while to soak it all in. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and detail. Very nice job of scanning this print!

Excellent panorama view of Sydney, taken from a very good POV, love the colors and great details, the presence of the bridge produces a nice balance with the famous Opera House on the right. Despite your shot was posted from a scanned shot you did a good work with colors, saturation and lighting. This is a superb photo.

Hi Attila,
the view that you show to us here is fantastic, thanks to an excellent POV and a great depth of image. The Opera building stands out by its bold lines and its so white color, is a sample of good architecture. Also I like the perspective that gives the bridge to the left of the picture. Good work of lighting and colors, with a good scanned one.

i guess i ve never seen the sydney harbour from this point of view attila... the harbour bridge and the opera house look cool on both sides of the compo and it is a good quality scan...

delle tante foto di Sydney viste un punto di vista come il tuo mancava. Buonissima la scannerizzazione che lascia vedere dei dettagli ben visibili. Foto ben esposta e bilanciata che potrebbe tranquillamente essere una cartolina per la citta'.

Szia Attila!
Ehhez hasonló panoráma képre sem nagyon emlékszem, ismét sikerült különleges látószöget találnod a legnagyobb örömünkre. Végre összeáll a sok apró részlet, amit eddig láttam erről a csodálatos városról, azt hiszem mondanom sem kell: a kompozíció fantasztikus. Csodálatos lehetett a nászutatok, ez a kilátás önmagában megér egy hosszú-hosszú kávézással és boldog csevegéssel eltöltött napot. Azt hiszem még nem írtam, a máltai utunk tulajdonképpen a nászutunk volt, a Vallettáról készült fotók jó része a szálloda ablakból, kávézók teraszairól, meg padokról készültek. Éljen a boldogság! További gyönyörű napokat Kívánok Nektek!

Hello Attila,
I don't recall seeing a photo of the city, and the Opera House in particular, from such a high vantage point. The photo must have been taken in broad daylight, but the burnt out parts do not disturb the eye. I like how the Opera House and the bridge occupy the two edges. Is there a tilt towards left? Indeed a gorgeous view to have from a hotel room. Not that I have seen that many images of Sydney, but I think it is the first time I see this famous zone of the port from this POV and I like it very much.

Excellent quality for a scan, even more remarkable for a printed original.

Didn't realized until now that you have gone around the world! You have pictures of Africa, America, Australia, etc. And to top it all, all the images that you have presented are quality work. This one have a different point of view to what usually is presented of the famous and iconic australian opera house.
