Hi Sean,
Good idea to take the Plaza de Armas at sunset. The light, DOF and exposure are ok, but I have reservations about your ocmposition.
IMHO, there is too much uninteresting pavement in the foreground, the modern building is cut. the traffic light is also distracting. I would have taken this few meters forward and to the left, including the statue, the old buildings and the new one.
I like it anyway
