Look At Her Eyes Photo

Photographer’s Note

I got her at Kalchini, Doors. It is a giant spider, but I don't know the name of her species. This is a dense forest area, named Chilapota Forest.It was at the very time, when she has being ready for her hunt. But after the sparking of my camera-flash she departed the place quickly. In this dense forest the light is too little in daytime also. You can reach Kajchini ( corresponds railway station- Hamiltonganj ) from Alipurduar by car or from New Jalpaiguri by train. The train route is also very adventurous. It goes through dense forest and passes some hilly areas and many romantic rivers ( Dima, Panna, Lis, Ghis etc. ). Doors is a heavenly place of nature. The spots you can see here are numerous. Buxa, Jayanti, Mahakal temple, Rajabhatkhawa, Raimatang, Lava, Lolegaon, maalbazar, Chalsa, Jaldapara ( sanctuary ), Gorumara ( sanctuary ) are some of those.

Bonjour,
une photo très impressionnante, elle va faire peur à plus d'une femme. ce close up précis et net montre bien les 8 yeux que possèdent les arachnides.
Ce qui ne les rend pas plus sympathique, mais sacjhe que je les protège.
Un belle réalisation sur le plan technique.

Hello,

I really do not like spiders, but I like photo of them. With this close up you managed to evidence many details thanks to the large deep of field.
We can look it in the eyes and it is the strengh of this shot.

Also I have no idea of such species, and I'm not as brave as you are, I have never photographed one, just butterflies. Other crawlies I only photographed so far when they were dead. I'm not sure if I would look at the eye of this spider. The only thing I know, that spiders are good, when you have them in the house. We have a saying in German, that when you have a spider in the house, your house is healthy. Nonetheless your spider picture is crisp and vibrant. Well done

I am not sure that I would have been very happy to meet this Lady. But she would certainly have fascinated me as you also fascinate her. These 8 eyes which look at us are extraordinary. A strange UFO!

mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere il ragno per intero, con qualcosa vicino che potesse darci una idea delle proporzoni dell'animale, ma la foto è comunque di grande effetto.
