Photographer’s Note

This is a picture of old stylish street lamps in the Nowy Świat Street close to the Old Town area in Warsaw. I took this picture during a walk on a cloudy August day. I used a Sigma lens 135 - 400 mm and a tripod.

Elles sont très gracieuses, ces lumières de rues. Elles se détachent magnifiquement sur le ciel de fin de soirée. Beau travail.

The silhouettes of the lamp post are stunning against the beautiful orange sky. It is a well composed shot with good sharpness. I like it very much.
