Photographer’s Note

Xhoris ( municipality Ferrières) is a small village of the Ardennes.

The Ardennes is a region of extensive forests, rolling hills and old mountains. This area is locatd in the Wallonia - the South of Belgium-, in NE of France and North of Luxemburg.

Je vois que c'est une photo toute récente, tu as su profiter des belles teintes d'automne pour faire cette photo de ce village des Ardennes. J'aime cette composition où le village semble émerger des tons chauds de la saison.

J'aime beaucoup ce cliché, les couleurs automnales auraient méritées peut etre un poil plus de contraste, un beau cadrage qui nous mene direct au chateau, une belle profondeur...

che bella immagine autunnale! Alla bellezza dei colori autunnali hai aggiunto la bellezza di questo piccolo villaggio, con la sua interessante chiesa. Bellissimo anche il BG con gli alberi rossi e gialli. E' veramente un piacere ammirare questa stupenda foto, bravo!

Bonsoir Roger,

Les arbres cadrent bien l'église et les maisons. La prise de vue envoie mon regard vers les collines en arrière-plan ce qui donne de la profondeur àla composition. La lumière valorise les couleurs automnales que les arbres affichent. Bonne soirée.

You can find a lot lovely places in the Ardennes.
Wallonia is a very nice area, we see here the autumn colours very well.

Une un paysage précieux avec ces couleurs totalement automnales, la composition me plaît avec toute la frondaison des arbres, en émergeant entre ses branches l'église du village et quelques toits. Une lumière douce qui croit une chaude atmosphère avec un si joli coloris.

This is a good autumn atmosphere as the foliage is putting on the seasonal colours!
A fine composition with the church as an eye-catcher in the background, a balanced framing with a good feeling of depth...
The haze adds to the autumn feeling!
