Photographer's Note

This is one of the biggest reclining Buddhas I've ever seen. It's inside the Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, in Yangon, it's around 70 mts long and it dates from the beginning of the 20th century, having been restored around forty years ago. The temple is modern, made of metal and not particularly attractive. But it's the Buddha that gets our attention here - it's not really easy to capture because of the structure of the temple, so I've decided to include just a part and also the woman that was sitting there praying.
