Photographer’s Note

A tourist boat crossing ganga river early in the morning.
You can go for a boat ride from the Ghats. It is advisable that take a boost before the sunrise and watch the ravishing beauty of Varanasi unfold itself with the rays of dawn.

Amazing light here, the new sun and its reflection (nicely intersected by the oar), as well as a excellent composition. I like the way we can even see the tourists getting their cameras ready, preparing themselves for the Benares spectacle. Well captured

Es una composición preciosa. Me gusta mucho la silueta de la barca, y el color del sol en el mar, especialmente.

Perfect sunrise picture Oscar. The morning mist (or pollution?) is filtering the light very nicely.

The reflexion is so nice, and the foggy backgroud as well. The silouhettes are great, with the boat driver so stoical in his position, enjoying the quiteness and leaving the tourists to their pictures...

Thanks for your recent coments in my picture. You have a different way of view, bur I understand art and photography you have a excelent way of comunicating and exchange ideas and concepts. So my congratulations and the "Luk" you have to have your work and friendly work. This is not my contribution but a really way of view a great work. A morning like also a sunset, but the frame is a great composition. Silhouettes, sun, morning smog and a warm texture and atmosphere.

a beautiful composition... I like the way the boat is moving towards the sun... the haze adds special effect... its interesting to note what people in boat are upto... some taking pictures and others enjoying the Benaras morning... according to an old verse... the mornings of Varanasi, the evenings of Awadh and the nights of Malwa are the most pleasant in India... your note just confirmed that:)
