Hello Michael,
it is not usual to see the falls by night, your picture is pretty nice, good exposure and great PoV. I like the water smoke causes by the power of the falls.

Like the others it is the first time I see a night shot of Niagara Falls. I like your POV with a plunging sight of the Horseshoe Falls and the city lights in the background.
