Very nice automnal composition with these original and well disposed shadows. The picture is sharp and full of contrasts even if the light is a little harsh... Nice DOF.

il 'paese dalle ombre lunghe'... ma senza la neve!
Dici che è dal balcone di casa, certo non con lo stesso panorama di quello di S.Siro... Anch'io ero a Bergamo e dintorni per il ponte, ma non con questi splendidi colori, soprattutto accattivante il "puntinismo" creato dalle foglie in piena luce che si contrappone al verde compatto del prato e dell'ombra.
Ottimo taglio, eccellente effetto grafico... insomma, molto bello!

The shadows seem to be causing a difference of opinion.
Personally i like them as they balance out the shadowy area at the back. I love the way the light has hit the foreground only

What I like here is the strong light contrast between the trees and the background hill, actually I was not so much impressed by the long shadows, found them rather disturbing, so I went for a different crop in WS. Maybe not better, just a different way to see this scene.
