The Two Pulpits at the Temple of Sinavawa with the Virgin River at the north most end of Zion. The Two Pulpits are positioned at the south end of the "Temple," which is surrounded by 2000 feet cliffs. Amazing place.

Hi Acro,
It appears that you had similar problems to me with photographing this place. I found the bright light and strong natural contrast caused all sorts of problems that, at the time, I had no idea how to solve. White sky was one such problem. Given some allowance for the photographic difficulties, I do like your pic. It's nicely composed and you haven't lost much of the detail in the shaded areas. If you want to see some STUNNING photography of Zion, have a look at some of the work by 'timecatcher'.
Zion was one of my favourite places during my tour of the south west and I'd like to visit again one day.
