Very good scene. Problem with focus. I think- because of light is enough, you can get a sharpen picture on awhole depth. Anyway- idea is perfect, I like it very much!

A nice framing for the ruins beyond. I wonder with the amount of light you had available you might have used a high f-stop and gotten the depth of field to include the ruins in sharp focus? You don't indicate the camera used or lens...so hard to comment..

Your note is interesting ... keep teaching us about the great civilization of Persia and King Darius!
