Photographer’s Note

Lady on red setup, answering to visitor's questions during a motor car show, extremely patient with all photography apprentices. I can't really remember which brand she was representing, but that's a minor detail.

Excellent compo and framing, nice geometry and color disposal. The differently oriented bands of red and white are happily completed by the nice girl.

Really interesting image, Gal. An impromptu documentary shot that ends up looking like a posed portrait, thanks to the mirrored table and the impressive graphic background. I see a new red sports car in your future. -Hugh

and besides her face being almost
perfectly lit, this bold & wide
white stripe above does its trick
when it comes to balance.

This is Design, Gal, but to have this reflected woman in the lower right is fantastic. She does know that you photograph her and doesn't seem to mind, moreover, she looks rather coy. Superb reds triangles and stripes, hinted with some white stripes to enhance the taste...
A real creme brule today, have to savour it slowly...

Beautiful compo with the white colored bars on top which also come back in the womans shirt. The diagonal line breaks the large red field.
I like how you placed her in the corner of the triangle with the reflection of her arm on the table.

Mas que grande cotovelo ela tem! Quero dizer, é muito gira a miúda e... a foto claro. Na maioria das ocasiões a simplicidade é a melhor solução e aqui assim é. Se houvesse a tal marca, acho que tudo se perderia. O jogo das figuras geométricas é fabuloso e aquela barra branca está no sítio ideal. Excelente trabalho.

Magnifique ca.
J'adore quand tu pars dans ce genre de photos.
Superbe ce fond rouge avec ces différentes tonalités et ca met la fille en valeur je trouve, malgré qu'elle est posé dans le coin (très bon d'ailleurs).
J'aime bien aussi ce pseudo Z de Zorro qui se fond dans ce fond...c'est toi avec ton épée, prêt à aller la sauver ? ;)
Je me suis juste permis un tout petit ws...je trouve que la miss aurait mérité d'être un peu plus clair pour mieux ressortir...

Grande foto Gal! O ws do Fred ainda a tornou melhor, mas a tua já era excelente... Gosto do ar meio tímido, meio cumplice da menina. Muito bonita ela... Mas aquele vermelho é realmente do outro mundo. Ferrari? Magnífico o jogo gráfico e a composição. O modo como a "arrumaste" ali naquele triângulo é muito bom. É bom ver-te por aqui com mais frequência.

Granda foto Gal. O padrão está tão bem arranjado e a míuda do Capuchinho Vermelho (que crescida que ela está!) tão bem colocada ali a olhar para estes lados. Muito bom mesmo.

excellent! j'aime bcp ce reflet du bras sur la table de verre et ces formes tres graphiques qui composent la photo au dessus d'elle avec cette alternance de blanc et de rouge. Une composition au poil!

Bonjour, Gal. A mon avis, elle ne travaillait pas pour Dacia... En tout cas, elle sait très bien prendre la pose et se marie très bien à son environnment rouge. Le reflet de son bras est une grande réussite. Le petit chaperon rouge qui se fait croquer par les grands méchants photographes.

Hello Gal,

il y a dans cette photo de nombreux éléments intéressant qui m'interpellent.

J'aime beaucoup par exemple le jeu de lignes droites tout d'un coup cassé par ces diagonales.

Les différents tons de rouges qui dominent ici rendent vraiment bien. Ca tranche bien avec le vêtement blanc de la fille rappelé plus haut par la ligne blanche !

Le fait que la demoiselle soit posée dans le coin droit de l'image me plaît bien aussi.

Très chouette composition... Bravo !

nous ne courrons pas les mêmes thèmes, les mêmes registres, je suis cependant tres sensible à ta vision de la ville et au regard si particulier que tu lui pose. tes images sont d'un equilibre et d'une finesse exemplaire. cette derniere en est parfaitement l'exemple type. ces lignes, cette diagonale, cette gamine et son reflet sont une composition où rien ne depasse. C'est propre, equilibré, et tres sensible.
bravo pour ta galerie Gal !

Se eu visse esta foto por aí sem referência ao autor, diria de caras que era tua. É tipicamente tua. Tem a tua marca. Mas há uma coisa que me faz pensar. Essa tua tendência para o vermelho...Não encontras nada um pouco mais verde....
Adoro o grafismo e os reflexos da "modelo" na mesa. Muito bom.

A beautiful juxtaposition of this well rendered young woman, her a bit tired and slightly ambiguous expression and the stark red backdrop....evoking a certain feeling of foreboding. Very pleasing and perfectly composed work, Gal.

Je reviens sur ta gallerie et je me rends compte que j'ai laissé passer beaucoup de perles! donc celle-ci...ce qui m'attire avant tout c'est bien sûr ce rouge mais aussi le reflet de la jeune fille sur la table..
Il y a de l'hypnothisant dans l'air je trouve..
Bref, superbement simple mais encore faut il s'appelle Gal pour en sortir l'essentiel.
