Photographer’s Note

This is a photo from the gorge "Velika korita" on river Soca. It is not easy to get a good position here since the stone walls are steep and smooth. And if you fall in the river you definitely die since you cannot get out from the cold water. And there are huge rapids just a hundred meters downwards.

Hi Jernej,

just wonderful what you present here... nature did the best lighting one can imagine and you did a lot of effort to get there. Beautiful country ! It´s hard to find places, where a waterfall ends up in another river ! If I could..more than 2 points!

This looks like paradise!
It's amazing the colour of the water, so clear and blue-green.
I like very much the composition you managed to built, despite the hard conditions.
It works great the long time exposure used for the effect got on the waterfalls.
