Standing not too far from the pyramide entrance to Musee du Louvre looking through the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel you can see the next arch, Arc de Triomphe with beautifully aligned obelisk on the Place de la Concorde between them. If you know its shape you can also see some elements of the third arch, La Grande Arche in La Defense part of the town far behind the second arch.
Lights of the cars on the Avenue des Champs-Elysees can also be seen in here.

It is actually a paradox that it is easier to observe that all at night when the interesting objects are perfectly illuminated.
