My First Post: "The Outside World" Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is my first post on TE...

I clicked the shot at 'Chakkibank' railway station (near hill station 'Dalhousie')...

I was waiting for my train when another train arrived where I spotted this boy...Sitting in the comfort of his mother's lap, observing the world outside the window...

What drew my attention towards him at such a crowded place was his curious and puzzled look...
It seemed as if everything was so new for him...

Start with nice one...Subject is good but the position of the boy is almost middle of the frame..I think if you cropped a little from the left side of the frame,It would be looking better..best wishes...subir

I like this portrait full of sensibility. At the same time amazed, curious and a little bit worried expression, it is excellent. Colors are very beautiful and bars bring a very strong dimension to your image.

A beautiful snap. I loved the mood of the snap, so commonly seen in any railway station in India, beautifully framed in still. It reminided me of my childhood travels and trains.

Very delicate capture! Love it! That's how I looked in India, even though I'm an adult. Everywhere you go, something is happening.
