Hello Stephen,
I'm impressed how you got the colors so good when there couldn't have been much light. The sky looks incredible. It's also a fine composition with the fence and the tall grass giving great depth to the picture.

Hi Steve.
A very moody shot of this landscape. I like the way the high grass and the fence posts create the diagonal and the perspective, and add depth. The gentle pink in the sky contrasts well with the dark blue mountains. You did well to capture the available light and colour so well. It's a wonderful part of the state.

Andrew

Hello Steve,
Nice sharp and lively image of the mountains and excellent pink cast. Quite often it is frustrating to see that you only get a few meters off the road where one can go to capture a good landscape. You've done a good job here.
Thanks for sharing

Hi Stephen
I'm not used to seeing photos of the Grampians taken in this light. It's very beautiful, especially how you have the pink inbetween the grey clouds and blue Grampians. Good angle with the fence and long grass creating lots of depth.

hello Stephen
Interesting to see the thick tall grass layer just alongside the fence to provide you with a diagonal composition by color tone, and superb sky color for a warm mood to this capture. With probably height of 600m?, the mountain resembles our Mount Serapi or Santubong of Kuching.
This looks like attractive country farm view.

Hello Stephen. The landscape is impressing. Particularly by the colors it becomes a eyecatcher. Exemplary composition. Worth seeing. Best regards, Wolfgang.

Stephen,
I confess that I'm not very much into sunset or sunrise photography UNLESS there is a good and enganging landscape included into the image. You did it more then that! The diagonal line of the fence and grass in the foreground are fantasticly well used leading straight to the hills in the middleground. The horizon looks funny, giving the impression of a dangerous tilt to the left, but I believe that this real.
The colors in the sky? No words for that!
