Just cropping. As removed the people on top, then I decided to change also to panorama format.
Also resize and unsharp mask in photoshop.

Hi Isaac,
That's a beautiful place and I tried to add some value to your photo. Cropped off the telegraph pole (I think it damaged the whole photo), then I think it looks better if you chose panoramic format for it. Colours, brightness, shadows, contrast adjusted. Sharpen mask on the sea and mountains; Blur Mask on the sky... Hope you don't mind.

Neat Image to clean up noise
Rotate slightly to level horizon
Crop slightly to tidy edges
Clone stamp to remove birds from sky
Increase contrast and saturation
Frame.
