Itinerary: Walking along the margin of Seixal bay, we visited one of several water mills, the Municipal garden and the Naval Museum.

Itinerary: Restauradores - Chiado - Carmo ruins - Stª Justa Elevator - Bairro Alto - Prícipe Real - Amoreiras - Dinner at Pátio da Bagatela - steep descent to Marquês do Pombal and return to Restauradores along Av. da Liberdade.

Itinerary: Praça do Comércio - Alfama - all the way up to 'Miradouro da Graça' - steep descent through the streets of mouraria - Rossio - all the way up to Camões - Cais do Sodré, after another steep descent - after all, Lisbon is the city of the 7 hills.

This is the first trek I did in the Indian Himalayas, in October of 2007. It is located in the Nandi Devi national Park, one of the highests in the world, at the state Uttaranchal in the Garhwal territory. It took 5 days trekink plus 1 for reaching the destination from Rishikesh and another one to return. It started in Auli, a ski resort at about 2500m and finished in Ghat at about 2000m of altitude. The highest point of the trail, is at the Kuari Pass, at an altitude of 4268m.
