Edits done in iPhoto.
All of these changes were designed to strengthen the visual impact of the shimmering sea.
(1) Crop to move horizon to remove some sky and place horizon at 2/3 position.
(2) Increase black level and white level (10% each) to intensify hues and enhance contrast.
(3) Sharpen.
