A great TE shot, Kevin. I always like to see photos of the Forbidden City. I like the way you have framed this shot. Unfortunately the bright sunlight coming through the windows has reduced the quality of the image. I have done a workshop to strengthen the colours. Thank you for the interesting note.

I love the forbidden city, I remember going 2 years ago twice. Well this pciture isnt sharp, but you can see alot of things in the picture, well done, maybe hold the camera more steady next time?

Both your picture about Charles de Gaulle Airport are very interesting as I've never been there. And I think that this framing is well done and the point of view is unusual & original... Good work Kelvin! PS: I saw you made the changes... Merci!

Well done, CDG is one of the most stunning examples of concrete monsters of the world and you have managed to make a fine deep picture with about 70 % of the frame being raw concrete, that is impressing. The tunnel effect is very strong and the things on the left are just there for scale.

It seems a bit too flat to me. I think you should have boosted the contrast if you were going to desaturate it. Also it would be greatly appreciated if you leave a note about the post processing you did on this because I don't know of any camera that automatically creates an image devoid of color in almost every spot except a few items. One thing that you can do in the future is to make two copies of your image, convert one to greyscale, adjust the levels and contrast on that image then in Photoshop paste the color version on the layer beneath and use the layer mask to paint away the parts of the black and white photo that you want to show up in color.

Hi Kelvin, Nice pic. Unusual but interesting composition. I like the grey with the small dots of colour. The softness of the focus adds to the ensemble. Well seen & well captured/processed.

Welcome to TE Kelvin ! IMHO the picture could use a little more sharpness and a crop at the bottom. It is not very colourful, so maybe b&w could be a good option. Please take a look at my workshop. BTW a note is always welcome :) Keep on posting, Yours, Jan
