Hi Greg, Beautiful tone .. beautiful graphic lines .. fascinating and wonderful place .. I think it could be a little sharper .. on the other hand the bit of gentle diffusion creates a sense of motion. take care, John

Hi Greg, Fantastic composition with the reflections of the cityscape in this work of art that works as a huge mirror. A beautiful graphism in the image. Nice photo. Best regards, Josep

I can't believe the American Flag has no points! Well, it has some now. Very nice point of view, and great job getting the flag to stay still while you took it's portrait. ;-) Have you tried reversing the image, so the flag appears to be waving to the right? Funny how we Americans get so used to seeing the blue patch in the upper left with the stripes to the right of it. ;-) -Lorna

Hi Greg, First, please don't be discouraged by negative comments, the whole idea of being a member on TE is to learn how to improve your photography. If you look at some of the first few posts of the wonderful photographers on this site you'll see they too made some basic errors when they first started. It serves nobody for members to make sarcastic comments regarding members efforts, or the camera they use. Now your photo, I like the way you've thought about what you are trying to show, the composition is good, the low POV makes the most of the foreground, your horizon is straight (a common mistake made by even the most experiencd members) and the subject is interesting. The only thing letting you down is sharpening. When you are dealing with small frame sizes it is essential to sharpen your image as the last step before posting. I've had a look through your gallery and you've got some really good stuff there Keep posting. Cheers Peter

Hi Greg Looks like you had a tough light like I did, it is a beautiful spot, I was there for only 20 mins as I saw this from the road heading into Arizona. I saw three canoeists come past this rock and boy they looked like dwarfs against this rock. Nice shot, I hadnt seen your version before. Cheers Jim
