Hi Don As a long time resident of Wells, and somebody who has posted a picture of the cathedral here on TE, I have to agree with Vic's comment above, yours is the best photograph of the Cathedral on TE. You have a very good eye for proportions. Well done John

Hi Christian This is fantastic. The composition has so many different symmetries that you can't help but love this photograph. I particularly love the way that the triangle formed by the mountains and their reflection in the top left corner is mimicked by the rock in the bottom right corner. This is one of my favourites. Well done. John

Hi Carol What a lovely scene. You are very lucky to have experienced such a picturesque place, and you have captured a very good, and well proportioned photograph of it. I love the simplicity of the composition and the strong vibrant colours. Well done John

Hi Nicolas You might have made a mistake with the country, but you didn't make any with the photo. I love the colours and the sharpness of this. It's one of the best photographs I've seen of this view. Well done John

Hi Chiru This is great. You must have a very fast eye to have spotted and caught such a well composed photograph. Well done John

Hi Philippe I like this very much. An interesting subject and good composition. The depth of field here is very good. Well done John

Hi Vildane This is a really nice photograph, the colour of the sky seems unreal. The rock provides an excellent focal point to stop the picture becoming bland. Well done John

Hi Don That's a great composition of a very interesting subject. I could easily believe that this scene was 100 years old. The sepia tones work very well and are helped by the excellent use of light and shade. My only criticism is very minor, the frame has become blurred in places. I assume that you applied some blurring to the photograph but perhaps this should have been done before the frame was added. It's only a minor gripe, and doesn't detract from an excellent picture. Well done John

Hi Armando This is a really nice capture. The lady looks like she has walked there every day of her life. Nice composition. John
