Hi Klaudio, Smells good ! I cooked paella when I travelled in Australia in 2007 ! Your comment is really accurate. But along the mediterranean coast, in Catalonia, Valencia, Murcia, it's a very usual dish eating rice in different ways. You cannot imagine the discussions about who is the best paella cooker, and if you use garlic or onion (my peRsonal opinion ... garlic no doubt) I like the photograph, the last moments of the paella and very colorful.

Interesting and different. Shwedagon Paya in a unique new vision. Perhaps the blue color of the sky is not 'so natural', but gives an excellent contrast. Well done.
