Beautiful capture of this old town gate taken at just the right time to get a beautiful "midnight blue" sky - my favourite colour, in fact ;-)) It's also a very good rendition of "Denmark in winter" with early sundowns and full lights on to banish the dark. Only nit is that it's tilting slightly. Også glædelig jul til dig ;-))

Interesting capture. It's definitely not your typical type of colouring for a Danish village church, but the church itself has a nice shape and good details. Have you ever seen the postbox red one on the way from Sjællands Odde to Roskilde (don't know the name of the place)?

Nice capture. I knew lots of churches have little ships like these hanging from the ceiling, but usually they're copies of much more recent ships than this. I don't think I've ever seen one before that depicted a viking ship ;-)

It's a pretty capture of a pretty place. These extended exposure shots of water really work well. However, I have to agree with Michael that you probably let slip just a little too much time here, as parts of the water looks entirely white (over-exposed) instead of silky. If this was 3 secs, then you might consider trying again with 1½ or 2 sec ;-)

Nice capture of this black-headed gull in winter plumage. Quite tight in the frame, but very good light. A note would have been welcome ;-)

First of all welcome to TE Damien. Nice and sharp capture of this seagull with good catchlight in its eye and a nice posture with the open bill. The bird is nicely set off against the blue sky. A shot taken from the same level as the bird would have been better, but I take it this was not possible here what with him sitting on top of some pillar or the like.

Excellent capture, it looks like part of a huge building, and then it's "merely" the stern of a ship ;-)) Btw I think you were being paparazzied while taking this shot, the left window middle row has a shape in it looking like someone with a camera ;-))
