Beautifully sharp and clear capture of this little butterfly. Very good DOF with only one antenna falling slightly outside DOF range. There are many different subspecies of this butterfly, and we have some here, too. Whether they're exactly the same, I can't say, however.

Nice and sharp capture of this dragonfly. Did you know you've got about 435 different species in the US? We have a mere 52.. The sky looks as if it could do with a bit of NeatImage, but the dragonfly stands out just great.

Nice head shot of this shield bug Dolycoris Baccarum with focus spot on. It seems your lens gives you a very limited DOF, but the focus is where it should be ;-). You can find more photos of the Dolycoris baccarum on this homepage - and it's even in French ;-) Line caught one a while ago, too ;-)

As you stated yourself in your reply to Jan, yes I also think you pushed the envelope to the limit here where sharpness is concerned. They look better in the extra photo which has not been enlarged that much. Apart from that it's a great capture of their alert poses. Ah, now, why would I make comments about you being lazy, I wonder?? ;-)))
